Gwen Gierke, MA serves as Olson Wealth Group’s Human Resource Officer and Employee Development Ambassador. Gwen has over 30 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management and holds a Masters’ Degree in Industrial Relations from the Carlson School at the University of Minnesota. Recognizing the importance of aligning Olson Wealth Group core values and mission throughout the team, she creates personalized training opportunities and facilitates the development and measurement of both individual and the firm’s quarterly rocks.
Gwen focuses on each team member’s unique abilities using tools like Strength Finders, to help facilitate a coordinated effort of service to our clients. With great determination and enthusiasm, Gwen develops strategic plans that align with the individual skills of each employee while continuing to support the company culture of client service excellence.
Gwen and her family enjoy the outdoors and live in Hudson, Wisconsin.
